Mobile Crushing and Screening Line

About this solution
A mobile crushing and screening line is intended for projects where equipment must work close to the material source or move between sites. Wheeled or tracked modules are selected according to the feed material, feed size, required products and relocation frequency.
Project parameters
• Capacity: 30–250 t/h
• Chassis: wheeled or tracked
• Main stages: feeding, crushing, screening and conveyor discharge
• Final configuration: engineered for the project
About the solution
A mobile line is not one universal machine. It is a system assembled from a primary jaw module, a secondary cone or impact module, a mobile screen and product conveyors. Modules can operate independently or as a connected crushing and screening train.
Hard, abrasive granite, basalt and river pebble generally favour a jaw crusher followed by a cone crusher and screen. Limestone, dolomite, asphalt and concrete recycling may use a jaw-and-impact circuit or a standalone impact module. Screen decks and closed-circuit recirculation control the finished product sizes.
Process flow
1. Feed is loaded into the hopper and metered by a vibrating feeder.
2. Large material is reduced in a jaw or impact crusher.
3. A cone or impact module performs secondary crushing when required.
4. A mobile screen separates the material into the specified products.
5. Oversize returns for further crushing while finished fractions leave on separate conveyors.
Why select a mobile line
• Operation close to a quarry face or construction site
• Reduced haul distance for unprocessed material
• Lower fixed-foundation requirements
• Modules can be added or repositioned as the project changes
• Flexible deployment for contractors serving several sites
A mobile chassis does not eliminate site preparation. A stable working surface, safe access, power or fuel supply, dust control and maintenance clearance must still be planned.
Applications
• Advancing quarry faces
• Road and infrastructure construction
• On-site concrete and asphalt recycling
• Temporary or seasonal aggregate production
Information required for final engineering
Provide the material and hardness, maximum feed size, required hourly output, product sizes, moisture and clay content, relocation distance, available power and site limitations.
- Wheeled and tracked configurations
- Jaw, cone or impact crushing modules
- Mobile screening and closed-circuit operation
- Integrated discharge conveyors
- Project-specific controls and dust suppression
