CS Series Symons-Type Cone Crusher
The CS Series spring cone crusher is designed for secondary, medium and fine crushing of medium-hard to hard rock and ore. Its interparticle compression action helps produce a more uniform grading and a cubical product shape.
CSB standard and CSD short-head configurations are selected according to feed size and the required final grading. The spring release system protects major components when uncrushable material enters the chamber.
Overview
The CS Series Symons-type cone crusher is designed for secondary and tertiary crushing of granite, basalt, quartzite, iron ore, copper ore and other medium-hard to hard materials.
The machine combines a rigid frame, countershaft, bevel gearing, eccentric assembly, moving cone, replaceable manganese-steel mantle and concave, spring groups and centralized lubrication. A CSB standard or CSD short-head chamber is selected according to feed size and the required final grading.
When supplied with the applicable control package, crushing, hydraulic and lubrication parameters can be monitored in real time while the discharge setting and motor load are regulated. Actual capacity depends on chamber type, discharge setting, material hardness, moisture and feed grading; the final configuration is confirmed for each project.
