Overview
Tanker CS/CH single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers are used in mining, quarrying, road construction and building-material production. They perform secondary or tertiary crushing of granite, basalt, diabase, river stone, quartz, dolomite, limestone, iron ore, copper ore and other medium-hard to hard materials.
CS420, CS430, CS440 and CS660 models are intended mainly for extra-coarse, medium-coarse and coarse duties. CH420, CH430, CH440, CH660, CH870 and CH890 models cover fine, medium-fine and extra-fine crushing. Availability of S1–S3 and H1–H3 cavities depends on the model; selection is based on feed size, required outlet size and order requirements.
A single hydraulic cylinder adjusts outlet size, clears the chamber and provides protection against uncrushable material. Spiral bevel gearing supports stable power transmission, while thin-oil lubrication and a labyrinth seal protect key components. Automatic monitoring of temperature, pressure and current helps maintain safe and stable operation.
