PE Series Jaw Crusher

The PE Series Jaw Crusher is used at the primary crushing stage in quarries, mines and aggregate-production lines. Its large feed opening accepts coarse rock and ore, while compression between the jaws reduces the material for a downstream cone or impact crusher, vibrating screen or conveyor system.

The range includes nine models with feed openings from 250×400 to 1500×1800 mm. Selection should consider the largest feed lump, material hardness and abrasiveness, bulk density, moisture, required hourly capacity, target product size and the receiving limit of downstream equipment. Wet or sticky feed can increase the risk of blockage, so these conditions may require a larger discharge opening and an appropriate feeding regime. The final configuration depends on the selected model and project conditions.
