Crushing equipment

The PE Series Jaw Crusher is designed for primary crushing of granite, basalt, river stone and ore. The range includes nine models from PE250×400 to PE1500×1800. Model selection is based on maximum feed size, required capacity and discharge-opening range.

Tanker CS/CH single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers are designed for secondary and tertiary crushing of medium-hard to hard rock and ore. The model and cavity are selected according to feed size and the required final product grading.

CS Series Symons-Type Cone Crusher The CS Series spring cone crusher is designed for secondary, medium and fine crushing of medium-hard to hard rock and ore. Its interparticle compression action helps produce a more uniform grading and a cubical product shape. CSB standard and CSD short-head configurations are selected according to feed size and the required final grading. The spring release system protects major components when uncrushable material enters the chamber.

The HPC Series Hydraulic Cone Crusher is designed for secondary and fine crushing of hard rock and ore. Hydraulic adjustment and chamber clearing simplify adaptation to different crushing circuits and help restore operation after an overload.

The PY Series Spring Cone Crusher is designed for secondary and fine crushing of medium-hard to hard rock and ore. PYB, PYZ and PYD chamber configurations allow the crusher to be matched to the required feed size and finished-product grading.

The CI Series Impact Crusher is designed to crush medium-hard, brittle and relatively low-abrasion materials by impact. Eight models accept feed from 250 to 800 mm and provide rated capacities of 60–2,000 t/h.

The TANKER PF Series Impact Crusher is a conventional, economical horizontal-shaft impact crusher (HSI) for secondary crushing of limestone, dolomite, concrete and other low- to medium-abrasion materials. The range covers 30–500 t/h with feed up to 700 mm, depending on model, combining a high reduction ratio, cubical aggregate shape and simple mechanical construction. For highly abrasive basalt, quartzite and high-silica granite, a jaw-and-cone crushing circuit should also be evaluated because blow-bar and impact-liner consumption can become expensive.
