Hybrid Cone Crusher

TK is a series of compound cone crushers that reduce medium-hard to hard rock and ore by compression. In this context, “hybrid” does not refer to an electric or diesel-hybrid powertrain; it describes the combination of a spring protection mechanism and hydraulic control functions in one machine.

If uncrushable metal or another hard object enters the chamber, the springs allow the upper frame to lift and protect the main assemblies from overload. The hydraulic system simplifies discharge-setting adjustment and chamber clearing after a shutdown under load. The TK therefore combines the simple, proven mechanical arrangement of a traditional spring cone crusher with more convenient adjustment and maintenance functions.

The series comprises TK1200, TK1400 and TK1650 size groups. Coarse, medium-coarse and fine chamber options are selected for secondary, tertiary or fine crushing duties. The final configuration depends on material hardness and abrasiveness, maximum feed size, required product fractions, screening arrangement and circulating load.

The stated weight excludes the motor, electrical control equipment, lubrication station and hydraulic station. Catalogue capacity is based on material with less than 4% moisture, no clay, a bulk density of approximately 1.6 t/m³ and compressive strength of 150 MPa. Actual capacity depends on the feed material, feed grading, moisture, feeding method, and open- or closed-circuit operation.
